DETECTION
Simple tests can detect chronic kidney disease (CKD) before symptoms appear.

PREVENTION
Healthy lifestyle changes can reduce risk or slow progression.

MANAGEMENT
Controlling diabetes and high blood pressure protects your kidneys.

Over 60? You’re at higher risk.
Risk factors for CKD include age, history of diabetes or high blood pressure, and ethnicity. Native Hawaiians, Pacific Islanders, Japanese, Filipinos and African Americans are all at increased risk.

Come learn what you can do for your kidneys. We look forward to talking to you.
