Kidney Early Detection Comprehensive Health Screening

Anyone 18 or older is welcome to get screened. It's strongly encouraged if you or a close blood relative has diabetes or high blood pressure, if you're over 60, and if you are Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, Japanese, Filipino or African American.
FREE SCREENING EVENT
- Measure your height, weight and blood pressure.
- Analyze blood and urine.
- Dental screening.
- Provide an exit consultation with a clinician.

Participants, please bring a picture ID.
